Using Cartridges With Your Jaguar CD Multimedia Player
With the Jaguar CD Player installed and the Jaguar TURNED OFF (the power light will not be illuminated), insert a cartridge in the cartridge slot on the top of the Jaguar CD Player. Press the Power Button on the Jaguar to begin play.
Playing Jaguar CD Games
Insert a Jaguar CD game disc in the Jaguar CD Player. Press the Power Button to begin play. If both a CD and a game cartridge are in the system prior to turning the power "ON," the system will read the game cartridge (note that if the cartridge is a Jaguar accessory cartridge, not a game cartridge, the system will read the CD). If the power is not connected to the Jaguar CD Player, a picture of the back of the Jaguar CD Player with an arrow pointing to the power port will appear on your television or monitor screen. If all connections have been made properly and a CD game is in the drive, the Jaguar logo will appear followed by the game's title screen.
Playing Audio Discs
Insert an audio CD and press the Power Button on your Jaguar.
Now play your audio CDs as you would with any CD player -- only better! The "always present" Virtual Light Machine is like no other feature found on a CD player. It takes input from your audio CDs -- the beat, the instruments, the melody -- and creates a virtual ballet of light and special video FX on the television or monitor screen.
Use the A Button to cycle through the three displays:

A Note About Entering Selections
Select tracks using the keypad numbers, 1-9, and zero. When selecting tracks, enter a track number 1-9 on the keypad, wait one second, and the Jaguar CD System will detect that you are entering a one-digit track number; or, enter a track number 1-9 on the keypad and then press the # key. Entering a two-digit track number (i.e., 10-99) does not require pressing the # key; the Jaguar CD System will detect that you are entering a two-digit track number because of the quickly pressed second digit.
