Spam-a-lot!

In one of those "you-should-have-seen-it-coming" moments, this site is now getting regular attention from spammers, who are peppering it with trackback links for "performance enhancement" medicines, porn, vacation offers, porn, cut-rate gadgets, porn, and some Slavic thing which I can't make but is probably porn.

A few of these might have leaked through, but I've nuked them all so you won't be accidentally exposed to pornographic Slavic trackback messages. I've also activated an approval queue for trackbacks so I can delete inappropriate material them before anyone else sees them. Hopefully these measures will be enough to discourage the spammers and get them to take their bots elsewhere (yeah, right).
