Life with "Pappa Balmer"

Fortune magazine has a short interview with Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. This quick exchange caught my eye:

Fortune: Do you have an iPod?

Ballmer: No, I do not. Nor do my children. My children--in many dimensions they're as poorly behaved as many other children, but at least on this dimension I've got my kids brainwashed: You don't use Google, and you don't use an iPod.

Keeping in mind that this is the same Steve Ballmer who's notorious for alternately jumping around on stage like a mad ape and his chair-throwing potty-mouth, it's pretty easy to imagine just how Steve keeps his kids in line... Winking smiley

As soon as those kids leave the house, they're gonna be buying Macs and loading up their iPods with tunes found via Google.
